Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction

At MrWalls Drywall & Painting, we take pride in delivering high-quality drywall repair, plaster work, and painting services to homeowners throughout Western Massachusetts. We stand behind our work and want every customer to be completely satisfied with the results. This refund policy outlines the terms under which refunds, credits, or adjustments may be issued.

1. Estimates and Deposits

All projects begin with a written estimate that outlines the scope of work and associated costs. A deposit may be required before work begins to cover materials and scheduling. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been purchased or work has commenced, except in cases where MrWalls Drywall & Painting is unable to perform the agreed-upon services.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the completed work, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns. We will make reasonable efforts to correct any issues at no additional cost. If we are unable to resolve the problem to your satisfaction, we may offer a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

• The completed work does not match the agreed-upon scope or quality described in the estimate.
• MrWalls Drywall & Painting is unable to complete the project for reasons within our control.
• Materials or workmanship are found to be defective, and the issue cannot be remedied through repair or replacement.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

• Deposits after materials have been purchased or work has begun.
• Costs for work already completed and approved by the customer.
• Projects cancelled by the customer after work has started, except for the unused portion of the payment.
• Damage caused by pre-existing conditions (e.g., water damage, mold, structural issues) not disclosed before the estimate.

5. Change Orders and Additional Work

Any changes to the original scope of work must be agreed upon in writing. Additional charges for change orders are non-refundable once the work has been completed. If additional work reveals previously unknown issues (such as hidden water damage or mold), the project estimate may be adjusted accordingly.

6. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled project:

• More than 48 hours before the scheduled start date: A full refund of any deposit will be issued, minus any materials already purchased.
• Less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date: A portion of the deposit may be retained to cover scheduling and preparation costs.
• After work has begun: You will be billed for all work completed and materials used up to the point of cancellation.

7. Warranty on Workmanship

MrWalls Drywall & Painting provides a warranty on all workmanship. If issues arise within the warranty period that are related to our work, we will repair or correct the problem at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors such as water intrusion, settling of the home, or damage caused by another contractor.

9. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding the quality of work or a refund request, we encourage open communication and will make every effort to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may pursue further action in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

10. Payment Methods

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.
